Step by step

1. Download the Excel workbook and open the Inventory tab.
2. List every recurring payment you can find — bank statement, card statement, App Store/Play Store subscriptions, and email receipts.
3. Enter the billing amount and frequency for each; the annual cost calculates automatically.
4. Rate how often you actually use each one, so forgotten and duplicate services stand out.
5. Review the summary for your total annual recurring spend and the flagged cancellation candidates.
