What Kibbo is
Kibbo provides consumer protection information, tools (generators, analyzers, calculators, checklists), templates, and educational content covering consumer rights topics across the US, UK, and other regions. Kibbo is an independent, privately-run platform — it is not a government agency, law firm, or official consumer protection body.

Everything on Kibbo — articles, generated letters, analyzer results, calculators, templates, and checklists — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and using Kibbo does not create a lawyer-client relationship of any kind. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time; for advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional (a lawyer, regulator, or relevant official body).

AI-generated content
Some of Kibbo's tools (generators and analyzers) use artificial intelligence to draft letters or analyze documents you provide. AI-generated output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using it — for example, before sending a generated letter to a company, or acting on an analyzer's assessment of a document.
Your account and generator access
Some tools require providing your email address to unlock full access. By providing your email, you agree to receive a welcome message and understand your email is added to our mailing list (see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, and our Cookie Policy for how browser-based access works). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we send.
Paid products
Templates and certain analyzers are sold through Gumroad, a third-party platform. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's own terms in addition to these. Refund requests for paid products should be directed to hello@getkibbo.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kibbo's tools to generate false, fraudulent, or misleading content directed at a third party
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or paywalls
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Kibbo's content or tools at scale without permission
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
Intellectual property
Kibbo's content, design, tools, and branding are owned by Kibbo unless otherwise noted. Downloadable datasets published as part of Investigations pieces are made available for reuse with attribution to Kibbo — see the specific piece for any additional terms. Templates and other paid products are licensed for your personal or business use per the terms shown at purchase, not for resale.
No warranty
Kibbo's tools, content, and templates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any generator, analyzer, calculator, or piece of content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kibbo isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including reliance on generated letters, analyzer output, or informational content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Kibbo's tools and services evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
