What Kibbo is
Kibbo exists for one reason: most people don't know what they're actually entitled to when something goes wrong — a delayed flight, a withheld deposit, a subscription that won't cancel, a contract with hidden fees. The law is usually on the consumer's side more often than they realize. The problem isn't the law. It's that it's scattered across regulator websites, legal jargon, and outdated advice.
We built Kibbo to close that gap: a single place with tools that calculate what you're owed, generators that write the letter for you, checklists that walk you through a dispute step by step, and guides that explain your rights in plain language — backed by real citations, not guesswork.
What we do

Every figure, deadline, and regulation on Kibbo is checked against a current, official source before it's published — government sites, regulator guidance, and primary legislation, not secondhand summaries. Who's behind it
Kibbo is built and run independently — not by a law firm, not by a government body, not by an ad network. We don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising. Our tools are free wherever we can make that work, and the (small number of) paid products fund keeping the free ones alive and up to date.
