Step by step
- Download the Excel file and open the Tracker tab.
- List every subscription you can find — check your bank statement for recurring charges, your phone's App Store subscriptions list, and your email for renewal receipts.
- For each subscription, fill in the cost, billing date, and how often you actually use it.
