Step by step

1. Download the Excel workbook and open the Payment Log tab.
2. Enter each charge from your bank/card statement, along with the amount you actually expected to be billed.
3. The discrepancy column calculates the gap automatically and flags any row that doesn't match.
4. Log any price change in the Price-Change Log, noting whether advance notice was actually given.
5. Use the auto-calculated summary as the basis for a billing dispute or refund request.
