Step by step

1. Download the Excel tracker and log each request — the company, the right exercised, and the date sent.
2. Enter the applicable deadline for each request based on the jurisdiction and right involved.
3. The days-remaining column updates automatically as time passes.
4. Check the summary tab regularly to see which requests are approaching or past their deadline.
5. Update the status column as each request moves from acknowledged to resolved or escalated.
