Date of delivery
For goods, the day the goods arrived. If your order came in several parts, the 14 days start after the last part arrives.
There's no single global rule, so this calculator can't give you a date. Most countries outside the US and the EU/UK set their own cooling-off rules, and those are often limited to specific kinds of purchase — door-to-door sales, timeshares, insurance — rather than a general right to cancel any purchase. We haven't put a number on any specific country here, because guessing would be worse than useless.
Check your own country's consumer protection agency for the rules that apply to your purchase, and read the seller's own cancellation and refund terms — many sellers offer a longer window voluntarily.
