What to mention in the details field for each problem type

• Institution/academy closed: date of closure, any notice given, roughly what percentage of the course you'd completed, any alternative the provider offered
• Provider won't refund: date you requested the refund, the refund policy shown when you paid, the reason given for refusal, how many times you've followed up
• Misleading advertising: the specific claim(s) made, what evidence you have (screenshot, saved page, marketing email), how the actual course differed
• Fake or invalid certificate: what was promised about accreditation/recognition, what you actually found to be true, your evidence of the discrepancy
• Bootcamp-specific issues: which issue (job guarantee / curriculum mismatch / cohort change), the original terms promised, what actually happened
• Online platform issues: what access was promised (e.g. "lifetime"), what actually happened (removed / inaccessible / paywalled again), the date you discovered it
• Linked credit/financing issues: the name of the credit or finance provider, whether the course and the credit agreement are the same company or separate entities, the current status of payments (still being charged? paused? defaulted?)
