• Refund Policy: refund method and processing time, prorated vs. full refund conditions, any non-refundable components (e.g. a registration fee)
• Certificate/Completion Policy: what specifically counts as "completion" (attendance %, passing assessment, project submission), whether your certificate is accredited by a named third-party body or is an internal completion certificate only, and how that distinction is communicated to buyers
• Marketing Claims Disclaimer: any employment/outcome statistics you want to reference, and whether those statistics are independently verified or self-reported
