By installing or using the Kibbo extension, you accept the following terms. If you disagree, uninstall the extension.

1 Service description

Kibbo is an informational browser extension that helps users identify potentially deceptive commercial practices (dark patterns), compare prices, and review clauses in terms and conditions.

1. Kibbo is an information tool, not a financial, legal, or commercial advisor.
2. The service is offered in Beta. Some features may be incomplete or change without prior notice.
3. Kibbo is compatible with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Opera.

2 Information accuracy

1. Kibbo does not guarantee that detected prices are 100% accurate or up to date at the time of the query.
2. Price history is based on the user's own previous visits and may be incomplete.
3. Dark pattern detection is automatic and may generate false positives or miss some cases.
4. T&C analysis is informational and does not constitute legal advice.

3 User responsibility

1. The user is solely responsible for purchase decisions made on external sites.
2. Kibbo does not participate in transactions between the user and online stores.
3. Kibbo is not liable for financial losses, disputes, or claims arising from purchases made by the user.
4. The SHA-256 Snapshot is a personal evidence tool. Kibbo does not guarantee its acceptance in any specific legal or administrative proceeding.

4 Limitation of liability

1. Kibbo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. Kibbo shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
3. Kibbo may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical circumstances.

5 Intellectual property

1. The name Kibbo, its logo, and all associated visual elements are the exclusive property of Kibbo.
2. The extension code and all its components are protected by copyright.
3. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the software without express written authorization is prohibited.

6 Affiliates and monetization

1. Kibbo participates in affiliate programs from Amazon and other platforms. Kibbo may receive a commission if the user makes a purchase through Comparator links marked with "⭐ Verified offer".
2. This commission has no additional cost to the user.
3. Participation in affiliate programs does not influence the impartiality of search results or the alerts shown.

7 Acceptable use

1. The user agrees not to attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the extension.
2. Using Kibbo for illegal activities or to harm third parties is prohibited.
3. Kibbo reserves the right to block access to the service for users who violate these terms.

8 Modifications

1. Kibbo reserves the right to update the extension, add or remove features, and modify these Terms at any time.
2. Significant changes will be communicated through the landing page or by email to subscribed users.
3. Continued use of the extension after a Terms update implies acceptance of the new terms.

9 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the user's domicile in Spain, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
