TrapMart Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice to the user. If you continue using the platform after such modifications, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. TrapMart will not be liable for any damages arising from such modifications.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Upon completing your purchase the TrapMart Premium subscription will automatically renew after the 7-day free trial, charging €4.99 monthly to your payment method. To cancel you must call customer service at least 48 hours in advance, between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Data and Privacy

To improve your experience, your personal and browsing data may be shared with third parties for commercial and marketing purposes without requiring additional consent. This includes but is not limited to: purchase history, preferences, location, and behavioral data.

6. Dispute Resolution

By accepting these terms the user expressly waives their right to participate in class action lawsuits against TrapMart. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

7. Returns Policy

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. For physical products, returns must be requested within 7 calendar days and the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. TrapMart reserves the right to reject returns without explanation.
